Principle Consultant and Operations Manager: Brooks oversees the strategic direction and leadership of DAXX Safety Associates. His responsibilities include quality assurance, sales/marketing, delivery of services, training and WCB assessment operational management.
Brooks has a very unique approach to managing safety and supports it with an extensive management background combined with a total of 12 years within various industries including 8 years providing Risk Management services for employers by controlling and reducing WCB insurance premiums. Prior to creating DAXX Safety Associates, Brooks lead organizations large and small in the field of Health, Safety and Environmental Management throughout Canada and Internationally..
His credentials include International experience, University of Alberta OHS program completion, membership with the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals, a qualified Safety Consultant, training program developer, internal/external program auditor and several qualifications obtained through factory training on heavy equipment operation and safety.
